The foundation walls of our historical cellar vault date back to the fortification of the Cathedral, the circular wall of the Cathedral from the 10th century. Some large-size stone blocks can still be seen in the cellar today. They indicate a preceding building which is not dated. The earliest known building is a massive residential building with a spacious cellar vault dating back to the late Middle Ages. Today, you can enjoy the regional specialties and a glass of wine from our wide selection in this historical ambiance.
In our historical cellar vault, you can celebrate with up to 100 people in a historical ambiance. We are happy to offer you a varied buffet (80 people max.) or a tasty menu selection (100 people max.).
